We are now accepting applications for the Streetscapes and Public Spaces Advisory Committee. We currently have one vacancy on this committee and are looking for someone who is passionate about parks, recreational areas, public art displays and public structures. Our Economic Development Advisory Committee will be holding its 2nd Business Mixer and Meeting on September 24th at Wabash Southern Kitchen in the Historic District. The event will start with networking at 5:00pm and the meeting will end at 6:30pm. Mark your calendars and help us spread the word to our local business owners!
Williamson Inc and the Williamson Herald will be hosting a candidate forum at Nolensville Town Hall on October 1st. Networking will take place from 5:30pm-6:00pm with the forum running from 6:00pm-7:30pm. This is a free event. Police Department
Save the Date! Join us for Coffee with a Cop on Wednesday, October 2nd, at 10 a.m. at Mama's Java, located at 305 Sheldon Valley Dr, Suite 101, Nolensville. Coffee with a Cop is a national movement that focuses on building relationships between law enforcement and community members. We're excited for the opportunity to get to know our Nolensville community better with coffee and conversations.
Fire Department
Save the date for our fire station open house Saturday October 5th from 9am-12pm. This family fun event will give residents the opportunity to tour the station, check out our apparatus, learn fire safety education from our crews and take pictures with our firefighters. Fire Prevention week is October 6th-12th and this open house is the perfect was to kick off the week together!
Our firefighters are holding a live burn TODAY beginning at 9AM. This training burn will be on the7400 block of Nolensville Road. There will be a heavy first responder presence with visible smoke and fire. This is not a cause for concern as our crews will be monitoring and regulating the burn as it occurs.

Building Department
SAVE THE DATE for our Coffee and Codes Contractor Meeting on October 11th at 7am. Drink coffee, enjoy a donut and discuss codes/procedures in the Town of Nolensville with us.
