Zoning Ordinance

This Ordinance, the Zoning Map, and the standards and requirements of this Ordinance, are applicable to and shall govern all Development, Re-Development, Improvements, Land, Structures, Alterations, Modifications, Construction, Buildings, Lots, Building Sites, Development Parcels, and Land Use within the jurisdiction of the Town.

No Improvement shall be made or structure erected or altered, and none of the foregoing activities shall take place, except in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. This document was adopted at the March 2, 2023 Board of Commissioners meeting, and went into effect on March 17th, 2023.
