Submit a New Business/Change of Use Form to the planning department via email at Email Planning. Town Staff will indicate if a site plan approval is needed or if any building or fire inspections are required. After final inspections are approved, a Certificate of Occupancy shall be obtained from the Building and Codes Department prior to opening the business.
