3. Site plan drawn at a scale to show clearly the shape and dimensions of the site, location of existing and proposed buildings or other structures and their proposed uses, the location of existing and proposed landscape and any substantial changes to the topography. 

4. Lot survey to substantiate required setbacks (as applicable)

5. Architectural elevations or drawings

6. Photographs of project site location

7. Any additional information, as determined by Staff or the Commission, necessary to obtain an adequate review.

Exterior Alterations

1. Completed Application Form 

2. Written description of the project and proposed materials

3. Architectural Elevations or drawings (for roof structure alterations)

4. Specification information for any proposed materials/architectural features 

5. Documentation of earlier historic appearance (for restoration only)

6. Any additional information, as determined by Staff or the Commission, necessary to obtain an adequate review. 

Demolition, Relocation

1. Completed Application Form for a COA

2. Written description of the project

3. Photographs of all facades of building(s) or other structures or other significant feature to be demolished or removed, including outbuildings.  Photographs of adjacent buildings.  Photographs of new location

4. Proposed reuse of the site and a schedule of reuse implementation

5. A report from a licensed engineer or architect with experience in rehabilitation as to the structural soundness of any structures on the property and their suitability for rehabilitation. 

Signs

1. Completed Application Form

2. Description of the project

3. Specification information that illustrates how the proposed signage will look, including notes on dimensions, height, material and color

4. Photographs of the project site location and area of sign location 

5. Any master sign plan associated with the property

6. Graphic demonstration of all current signage on the parcel

Fencing

1. Completed Application Form

2. Description of the project

3. Specification information that illustrates how the proposed fencing will look, including notes on height, materials, and any features proposed with the fence

4. Graphic demonstration of fence location

Awnings

1. Completed Application Form

2. Description of the project

3. Specification information that illustrates how the proposed awning will look, including notes on awning dimensions, signage dimensions on awning, awning materials, awning shape and awning colors. 

4. Site plan demonstrating proposed location/perimeter of awning placement

5. Photographs of project site location, including photographs of full windows over which proposed awning will be affixed. 

HVAC (if visible from a public street)

1. Complete Application Form

2. Description of the project

3. Specification information that illustrates how proposed HVAC equipment and screening will look including screening dimensions and materials.

4. Site plan demonstrating proposed location of equipment and screening

5. Photographs of the project site location
