Copies of police reports, accident reports, and other public records may be obtained by contacting the Police Records Division during business hours at (615) 776-6690.

File a Report
Nolensville Police Officers can respond to non-emergency police reports at your home, business, or the Police Headquarters. If it is not an emergency, please call 615-776-3640 to have an officer dispatched to your location. These situations may include (but are not limited to) vehicle burglaries, identity theft, or ordinance violations. If a police report is taken, you will be provided with the report number so that a copy may be obtained from our Police Records Division, typically within 5 business days. Accident Reports
NPD’s Patrol Division provides on-scene response to traffic accidents. If you are on the scene of an accident and there is an emergency or life-threatening situation, immediately call 911 for emergency response to your location. For non-emergency accident response, please call 615-776-3640 to have a police officer dispatched to your location. Copies of accident reports may be obtained at Police Headquarters inside Town Hall at 7218 Nolensville Rd. Please allow approximately 5 business days for report processing.
